 Chip Bead (CIB/CIM Series)
CIB, CIM Series are used for EMI suppression filters.These beads suppress EMI noise by increased impedance, especially by increased resistance at noise frequency. CIB series is composed of mono-layer internal conductor that allows low impedance and low DC resistance. CIM Series displays high impedance because it is composed of a multilayered internal conductor and has excellent attenuation characteristics for wide band frequencies
General Features
- Smallest inductors suitable for surface mounting - Perfect shape for automatic mounting, with no directionality - Excellent solderability and high heat resistance for either flow or reflow soldering - Monolithic inorganic material construction for high reliability - Closed magnetic circuit configuration avoids crosstalk and is suitable for high density PCBs.

5. HIGH TEMPERATURE TEST
-
SOLDER THE SAMPLE ON PCB. EXPOSURE AT 1253 FOR 500 HOURS. 1-2 HOURS EXPOSURE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY PRIOR TO MEASUREMENT.
6. SOLDER HEAT RESISTANCE
MORE THAN 75% OF THE TERMINAL NO MECHANICAL SURFACE IS TO BE DAMAGE. COVERED WITH REMAINING TERMINAL SOLDER. ELECTRODE : 70% MIN. NO MECHANICAL IMPEDANCE CHANGE DAMAGE. TO BE WITHIN 30% IMPEDANCE TO THE INITIAL. VARIATION : WITHIN 20%
AFTER BEING DIPPED IN FLUX FOR 41 SECONDS, AND PREHEATED AT 150180 FOR 23 MIN , THE SPECIMEN SHALL BE IMMERSED IN 60/40 TIN-LEAD ALLOY SOLDER AT 2605 FOR 10 0.5 SECONDS.
MORE THAN 95% OF 7. TERMINAL ELECTRODE SOLDERABILITY SHOULD BE SOLDERED NEWLY.
AFTER BEING DIPPED IN FLUX FOR 41 MORE THAN 90% OF SECONDS, AND PREHEATED AT 150180 FOR TERMINAL 23 MIN , THE SPECIMEN SHALL BE IMMERSED ELECTRODE SHOULD IN SOLDER AT 230 5 (FOR CIA SERIES : 245 BE SOLDERED NEWLY. 5) FOR 41 SECONDS.
